UHRW have launched a detailed submission identifying the weaknesses of the Northern Ireland (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill currently passing through parliament. The submission proposes key amendments to the Bill which we believe would improve it as a means to deliver what is needed for victims and survivors of terrorism.
